INGREDIENTS

So, the ingredients list for this keto breakfast casserole is actually pretty simple. And if you don't have everything you need, you should be able to easily find it at any grocery store.Here are all of the

 ingredients:

  • Just under 1lb. pork sausages 
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced 
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced 
  • 6 ¾ cups fresh spinach 
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 
  • 10 eggs 
  • ¾ cups heavy cream 
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  •  Fresh parsley for decoration 
  • Olive oil 
  • Salt, pepper

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180°C).

Then take out a large pan, coat the surface with olive oil, and add the minced garlic, followed by the sausages. 

Cook the sausage over medium-high heat until it has started to brown, then break it up to make sausage crumbles.

Next, add the diced red and yellow bell peppers to the pan and cook for a few minutes
